At leçon.ai, operated by Mythosius Software Solutions LLC, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. We offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions to ensure fairness to both our users and our business operations.
2. Full Refund Conditions
A full refund may be issued, at our sole discretion, under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 5 days of the initial payment date.
- There has been no usage of our AI-powered features or services during this period.
- The account has not violated any of our Terms of Service.
- The user has not previously received a refund for any of our services.
3. AI Usage and Refunds
Our service relies on third-party AI APIs to provide language learning features. Any usage of these AI-powered features, regardless of the extent, may make the account ineligible for a full refund. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our system and to cover the costs we incur for AI usage.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Mythosius Software Solutions LLC.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 5 days of your payment.
- Provide your account details and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and account activity within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
6. Exceptions and Limitations
We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Refund requests that we suspect are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service will be denied. In such cases, we may also suspend or terminate the associated account.
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that Mythosius Software Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred due to your use of the service, including but not limited to unauthorized charges, bank card theft, or any other financial damages.
7. Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our sole payment service provider. We do not store your bank card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and your use of our service is subject to Stripe's Services Agreement, which can be found here.
Mythosius Software Solutions LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from Stripe's services, including but not limited to payment processing errors, unauthorized charges, or data breaches on Stripe's end. Any disputes related to payment processing should be directed to Stripe.
8. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically qualify you for a refund of the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
To cancel your subscription:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request".
- In the email body, please include:
- The email address associated with your leçon.ai account
- Your full name
- The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve our service)
- You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation request within 1 business day.
- Our team will process your cancellation within 3 business days of receiving your request.
- Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a final confirmation email.
Please note:
- If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription period unless you meet the full refund conditions outlined in section 2 of this policy.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 business day, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
- To reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you will need to sign up again through our website.
We value your feedback. If you're cancelling due to any issues with our service, please let us know in your cancellation email so we can address your concerns and continually improve leçon.ai for all users.
9. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously and will investigate all chargeback claims. If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of our refund policy may result in the termination of your account and legal action. We reserve the right to refuse future service to anyone who has initiated an unjustified chargeback.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
- Any content obtained from the service;
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content,
whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this policy will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
